- The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City office intends to issue a sole source purchase order for a base year and three one-year options to Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) for the renewal of subscriptions for the Gulfstream IV flight manual, non-destructive testing manual and revision services for the CMP.net which provides Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supported maintenance tracking services. Market research for this requirement included researching the GSA schedule contracts, the internet and the Small Business Administration, Dynamic Small Business Search website. The results of the market research substantiate that Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is the only source that will satisfy NOAA's need for manual subscriptions and revisions for the CMP.net for the Gulfstream GIV aircraft. This notice of intent to award to Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation does not invite a response.
