- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Philadelphia, PA intends to issue solicitation RFQP02171100080 for the requirement of FY 11, 3rd QUARTER SUBSISTENCE. *Please note National Menu Specification Quote Sheet for All ITEMS that list sheet as a reference. For ALL OTHER ITEMS use the description of the items listed on the solicitation. This is 100% small businsess set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410 which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being between April 01, 2011 thru June 30, 2011. Anything shipped prior or after will be returned at vendors expense. Food Service Administrator must be contacted prior to delivery for approval or adjustments in delivery schedule. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Detention Center 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solcitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the reponsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and price will be considered. The soliciitation is made available on February 24, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website 1. www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed soley through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date for receipt of quotes is March 9, 2011, 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
