- Description
- The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the operation of a National Atmospheric Deposition Program, National Trends Network (NADP-NTN) wet atmospheric monitoring station located at Station Oxford at Miami University. The work to be performed is in accordance with the National Trends Network Site Operations Manual (http://madp.sws.uiuc.edu/lib/manuals/opman.pdf). This service is known to be provided only by Miami University as the only provider of the service as they own the equipment and will not allow a third party vendor to operate at their site and equipment. The USGS is aware of no other source that can provide the above service. Therefore, it intends to make an award to Miami University, unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes he can provide the same service and is able to gain access to the equipment located at the University. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer at vfloyd@usgs.gov no later than 03/04/2011 with an affirmative answer.
