- Description
- Provide one Sewage Lift Station in accordance with the specifications found in the solicitation document for Whitebreast Campground at Lake Red Rock, Marion County, Iowa. This solicitation is a request for proposal and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 333319 will apply with the size standard of 500 Employees. This work will be awarded as a lowest priced, technically acceptable contract. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Price, then Technical. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 28 February 2011. The date and time for receipt of proposals will be on 18 March 2011, 2:00 p.m. central time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal. No faxes will be accepted. If you are submitting your offer by mail or electronic, please ensure your offer has been received. The contractor shall submit one original copy of their offer to include the above information in order to properly evaluate your offer in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined under FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items.
