- S-Notice of Intent to award sole source by modification IAW FAR 52.217-9 Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source six month extension by modification to the Cost Plus Award Fee contract W9124L-05-C-0003, IAW FAR 52.217-9, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to VT Griffin Services Inc., Alpharetta, GA 30004. This requirement is for the Base Operations Services (BASOPs) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This award will commence on 1 APR 2011 through 30 SEP 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561210 the size standard is 35.5M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source modification to the contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document.
