- Solicitation Number: CUSTODIAL Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). The 633d Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, Virginia is seeking the interest of potential and eligible contractors for Joint Base Langley/Eustis Custodial/Janitorial Services contract. This is a Sources Sought announcement; a market survey for written information only. The purpose of this sources sought is to find interested Custodial/Janitorial Service businesses to include, small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, and 8(a) small business at Langley AFB, Fort Eustis and surrounding federal installations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) associated with the aforementioned requirement is 561720, and the size standard is $16.5M. All responses are requested to indicate company name, point of contact, email address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and type and business size -- small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, or HUB zone small business. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for potential award (www.ccr.gov). PLEASE NOTE: This information is for market research not a Request for Proposal, or solicitation or an indication that the government will contract for this requirement. No funds have been dedicated to this effort at this time. This office will also use the information to develop a list of interested subcontractors. Unless otherwise notified in writing by the submitter, the Government will consider all information received in response to this Request for Information as non-proprietary. Respondents will not be contacted regarding their submission of information or information gathered as a result of this notice.
