- Cooling Water Amendment Solicitation *************************ATTENTION***************************** Tinker AFB intends to hold a site visit for the Cooling Water Treatment Chemicals & Water Testing Contract. All contractors who wish to attend please call Matthew Dittmer at 405-739-5197 or email at matthew.dittmer@tinker.af.mil by 01 March 2011 12:30 p.m. CST Site visit date: Wedensday 02 Sept 2010 Time: 11:45 a.m. cst. Location: Please meet in the parking lot of JC Penney's located on 29th and Air Depot Blvd. This store is directly across from TAFB Main Gate. We will be taking a bus to the building locations and you will be dropped off at your vehicles. Please be sure to wear appropriate attire as we will be entering industrial areas. Response Required: The amendment to the solicitation has been posted and is attached to this posting. The amendment signifies the time and date of the site visit. All potential offerors must sign and submit the amendment to the solicitation with their proposals. The amendment will be due on the same date as the proposals. The proposal due date has changed and is 21 March 2011 4:00 PM CST.
