The United States African Development Foundation (ADF), an agency of the United States Government, is seeking resumes from a qualified Consultant or Firm to assist in the Coordination of a Country Program in Malawi. PLEASE NOTE: In order to support the mission of ADF, applicants/firms will need to either: •Provide Malawian citizenship and; •If responding as a firm, must be Malawian registered and Malawian owned Non-Governmental Organization (NGO's) or company. •Out of Country (Malawi) offers will not be considered
