- Drawing #2 for 5120-00-513-1754 Drawing #1 for 5120-00-513-1754 Drawing for 5120-00-432-9545 Drawing for 5120-00-188-3250 Solicitation 6FLS-F1-117080-I BPA 6FLS-F1-117080-I for miscellaneous 5120'S issuing February 28, 2011, and closing on March 11, 2011. PLEASE INCLUDE AN ORIGINAL FORM 1449 WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE/DATE and a copy of the entire BPA solicitation package that has been thoroughly filled out. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 11 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN's). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 4/21/2011 or date of award, through 4/20/2016 (or 5 years from date of award). The 11 items are In Accordance With (IAW) various technical descriptions, Commercial Item Descriptions (CIDS) and brand names/equals. This BPA is 100% set-aside for small business. See Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD'S) /Schedule Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 30 DARO and FOB destination (freight is included in the price of the items). This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offers in the offer schedule that precedes the Item Purchase Descriptions. Drawings for Items #2, #5, and #11 are attached. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the BPA and returning to the address specified.
