- RFP245M11-0003, INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT SERVICES - CHECKERBOARD AREA SF-33, Solicitation, Offer, and Award transmittal letter Provision of medically necessary health care services inclusive of inpatient/outpatient services with all ancillary/support services, emergency medical services, air transportation, ground ambulance, public health nursing, behavioral health, community based health promotion/disease prevention activities,dental and other necessary health care services to IHS beneficiaries residing within the defined Navajo Chapter Boundaries and portions of the communities. Henceforth, for the purpose of this contract communities are defined as: Counselor, Ojo Encino, Torreon Chapter, Star Lake, Cuba, Rincon Murcus, Tinian communities in New Mexico and southeast of Lybrook School.
