Description
Amendment 6 (02/28/2011): This amendment is to: 1. Change the Government's response to contractor questions from being posted by 4:30 PM Central 28 Feb 2011, to being posted no later than 4:30 PM Central 1 Mar 2011, as additional time is required to answer vendor questions. 2. Change the proposal due date from 4:00 PM Central 7Mar 2011, to being due by 4:00 PM Central 8 Mar 2011. This will help ensure a reasonable amount of time is provided to obtain complete and accurate proposals. Amendment 5 (02/25/2011): This amendment is to: 1. Change the Government's response to contractor questions from being posted by 4:30 PM Central 25 Feb 2011, to being posted no later than 4:30 PM Central 28 Feb 2011, as additional time is required to answer vendor questions. 2. Change the proposal due date from 4:00 PM Central 4 Mar 2011, to being due by 4:00 PM Central 7 Mar 2011. This will help ensure a reasonable amount of time is provided to obtain complete and accurate proposals. Amendment 4 (02/24/2011): This amendment is to: 1. Change the Government's response to contractor questions from being posted by 4:30 PM Central 24 Feb 2011, to being posted no later than 4:30 PM Central 25 Feb 2011, as additional time is required to answer vendor questions. 2. Change the proposal due date from 4:00 PM Central 3 Mar 2011, to being due by 4:00 PM Central 4 Mar 2011. This will help ensure a reasonable amount of time is provided to obtain complete and accurate proposals. Amendment 3 (02/23/2011): This amendment is to correct amendment 2, which should have stated that the "Government's response to contractor questions is changed from being posted by 5:00 PM Central 22 Feb 2011, to being posted no later than 4:30 PM Central 24 Feb 2011, as there were over 130 questions to answer." Amendment 2 (02/22/2011): This amendment is to: 1. Change the Government's response to contractor questions from being posted by 5:00 PM Central 22 Feb 2011, to being posted no later than 4:30 PM Central 22 Feb 2011, as there were over 130 questions to answer. 2. Change the proposal due date from 4:00 PM Central 24 Feb 2011, to being due by 4:00 PM Central 03 Mar 2011. The additional time will help ensure a reasonable amount of time is provided to obtain complete and accurate proposals. 3. Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-in Sheet. Note that per our legal adviser, the phone numbers and e-mail addresses were blacked out. Amendment 1 (02/15/2011): This amendment adds the Appendix A - current OST Layout (AutoCAD Drawing) version of the existing second floor plan for the OST Furniture Renovation Project. REQUEST FOR QUOTE (02/10/2011) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is seeking discounted pricing to complete an Operations Support Team (OST) Renovation Project, which includes project plans, furniture, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Detection, and Communication. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, services, and supervision required to complete the OST Renovation Project. All items are brand name or equal. See all attached documents for specifics. Period of Performance: Delivery date is 150 days from date of award. Award will be made to the offeror who presents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337214. A MANDATORY Site Survey will be held on Wednesday, 16 Feb 2011at 9:00AM CST. Site Visit is required before any quotation will be accepted by the Government. For information on the Place of Performance and the location of the site visit please contact Mr. Dennis Littlejohn by e-mail at dennis.littlejohn@csd.disa.mil to sign-up for Site Survey no later than 1:00PM CST, 14 Feb 2011. Request that you "courtesy copy" Mr. Steven Scharlow at steven.scharlow@disa.mil. After the Site Visit, All vendor questions concerning this requirement must be submitted electronically no later than 11:00 pm CST, Sunday 20 Feb 2011. Questions submitted after that time may not be answered prior to the response due date. No questions will be accepted via phone calls. Please address questions to steven.scharlow@disa.mil. Responses to all questions posed will be provided to all interested parties. Questions/answers will be posted on FBO no later than 5:00 PM CST, Tuesday 22 Feb 2011. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM CST, Thursday 24 Feb 2011. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
