- Request for Quotation (RFQ) # FA5205-11-Q-MV06 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5205-11-Q-MV06. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. Offerors are required to forward proposal and technical documentation by 4:30 p.m. JST 11 March 2011 (JST) or 2:30 am 10 March 2011 (EST). DESCRIPTION: Infant Transport Incubator System Item # 7310661 or equivalent, for Misawa AB. Please refer to the attached RFQ No FA5205-11-Q-MV06.
