- Description
- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) is seeking the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to Furnish and Install High Efficiency Heating and Cooling Systems in Bldg. 101. Work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC and electrical engineering design, piping demolition, pipefitting, boiler installations, electrical work, HVAC control work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 238220 with a small business size standard of $14M. This construction project price range estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. All interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and registered and verified as SDVOSB by the Center for Veterans Enterprise at the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/general_user/default.asp.
