- Questions and Answers to Solicitation H92239-11-T-0014 Responses to questions received have been posted. The technical proposal shall not exceed 50 pages. Pricing information should be provided in schedule B of the solicitation or provided separate from the technical proposal. Submissions can be electronic, fax, or hard copies to the address in block 9 to the attention of Lynn Conatser. If submitted via email or fax it is the offeror's responsibility to confirm delivery. The number of copies required is on the first page of the solicitation. Inquires shall be directed to Ms. Lynn Conatser, Contract Specialist at (910) 432-1246 or lynn.conatser@soc.mil with a courtesy copy to Gloria Harris at harrisgl@soc.mil. Questions should be submitted in writing. Telephonic questions will not be accepted. Due to the unreliability of e-mail it is the contractor's responsibility to ensure e-mail requests have been received by the Contract Specialist.
