- Sole Source Rationale Referance #: DHQCSD11MPC0155 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Velocity Software, Inc. to provide Velocity Software, Installation, and Subscription Fee for one year for a new requirement at DECC Ogden. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. This notice of intent expires at 8am CST on 2 Mar 11. Please contact Tara.Schmitt@disa.mil with questions. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12.
