- Description
- Amendment 02 (2/25/2011) continues the suspension of this solicitation pending determination of availability of funds. The Government anticipates issuing another Amendment on or about March 11, 2011 to reestablish the proposal due date or cancel the solicitation. Please note: L.4 NOTICE TO OFFERORS:- AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING Funds are not currently available for this requirement. Funds are anticipated to be available by TO BE DETERMINED. The Government intends to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation. This soliciation will be amended and this notice removed as soon as funds are available. Direct proposal costs will not be reimbursed if funding does not become available. Proposal costs are only an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
