- RFQ FOR SPQ QSDM-J9-113877-I GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for TWO National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in the FSC 8030. The SPQ period will be 3/1/2011 (or date of award) not to exceed one year. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin, Prepay and Add with a requested 30-day delivery or less. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, price and/or delivery.
