- The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials to perform the required services; which include all related services for preparation and movement or drayage of outbound (Schedule I), Inbound (Schedule II), Intra-city/Intra area (Schedule III), and Complete Pack-Out Services (Schedule IV) shipments of personal property for military members and civilian employees of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA and Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, AZ. Area of performance includes the California counties of: San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange. Arizona counties in the area of performance include: Yuma, Lapaz and Imperial (City of Winterhaven, CA Only). The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 484210 (Used Household and Office Goods Moving), Small Business Size Standard is: $25.5 million. This requirement will be set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Award of two Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contracts will be made to one or more eligible small business concerns. Services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The expected award will consist of one base period of performance with four (4) one-year options. There is no guarantee that any option period of performance will be exercised. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/, and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps and NECO websites for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. The RFP will be issued on or about May 11, 2011. The closing date for submission of offers will be on or about April 11, 2011, 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102 (a), prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of contract. Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on CCR registration at the following website: http://www.ccr.gov/.
