- This is a presolicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation, W912NR-11-T-0002, will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation (W912NR-11-T-0002) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 332311 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001 - Manufacture and deliver 24 x 60 Trailer in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) The solicitation will be posted to FBO on 25 February 2011. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov and shall be considered for award. All quotes must remain valid until 30 September 2011.
