- Executive Compensation On-Line Data Subscription. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; NO ADDITIONAL PROPOSAL WILL BE REQUIRED NOR WILL A WRITTEN SOLICITATION BE ISSUED AT A LATER DATE. (ii) The versions of provisions and clauses incorporated herein are those in effect as of Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, effective November 30, 2010. (iii) This solicitation is not issued as small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 518210. The small business size standard, based upon the NAICS code, is $25,000,000. (iv) The Department of the Treasury, Office of Financial Stability (OFS) has a requirement to purchase an online, Executive Compensation Data Subscription in accordance with attached Description of Service and clauses. The applicable NAICS code is 519130. (v) This combined synopsis and solicitation incorporates the FAR clauses 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jun 2008)); 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Feb 2009); 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Mar 2009); 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (May 2009); 52.217-8 Option to Extend the Services (Nov 1999); 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract(Mar 2000); and 52.237-3 Continuity of Services (Jan 1991) for commercial items and services. (vi) Please see block 8 on attached SF 1449 for proposals due date and the time. All proposals must be submitted no later than day and time indicated in the block 8 to be considered for evaluation.
