- Sources Sought Questions and Answers Question 1: Is this project considered a new requirement? Answer: No Question 2: Who is the incumbent? Answer: Northrop Grumman Question 3: What is the contract number? Answer: HDTRA1-05-D-0003 Question 4: Will support to the LNO and ADOs be included in this solicitation, included in the ADOPS A&AS solicitation, or be included in a future solicitation? Answer: This A&AS solicitation includes supporting LNOs and ADOs. Question 5: Is there a structured response that you are looking for? Answer: There is no standard format. Please provide a technical white paper detailing your capabilities as requested in the announcement. Question 6: Please provide the Contract Type and Value. Answer: The current contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) for Advice and Assistance services (A&AS) with a ceiling amount of $ 375,000,000.00. The contract CLIN types include Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed Price, Level of Effort (FFP LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), Labor Hour (LH), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF)and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF). Question 7: I was wondering if there was a change in the NAIC code: Answer: The NAIC code of 541990 has not changed. The anticipated release date of the SP solicitation is March 14, 2011.
