- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is 11TC260. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49 and DFARS change notice 20110202. The Offeror must be an authorized dealer and must quote on an all or non basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose offer is the best value and the most advantageous to the Government which is conforming to the solicitation. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, and Discount Terms. This is a 100 percent small business set aside. The NAICS code is 424920 and the size standard in millions of dollars is 500 employees. Availability and how long it will take to ship to FT Lee, VA. Quotes must be effective for at least 30 days after quote dates. FOB: Destination. The contractor shall provide the following items : ITEM 0001 - IATA 2011 HAZMAT REGULATORY MANUALS - DANGEROUS GOODS, ENGLISH VERSION 205 ITEM 0002 - SHIPPING AND HANDLING Ship to Address: 37 TRSS/DORF, 711 B Ave, Ft Lee, VA 23801. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, Offerors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions. To register, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors shall electronically complete FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items at website http://www.bpn.gov/orca. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this solicitation.
