- The scope of this project is for MICOM-Carry-on-3 Rapid Deployment Package. 1. Contractor shall provide the Micom-Carry-On Rapid Carry-On Package in accordance with the attached specifications (attachment 1, pages 1 & 2) and shall program the unit with frequencies provided by DTOS. 2. Contractor shall provide and program the XTL 5000 VHF Mobile 10-50 watt 136-174 MHZ radio and installed in a Ruggedized Case as shown (attachment 2, page 1). 3. Contractor shall provide and program the 125 watt Quantar VHF (132-174 MHZ ) Repeater, to include factory installed Duplexer, 800 VHF, UHF, 900MHZ and installed in a Ruggedized Case as shown (attachment 2, page 1) 4. The Ruggedized Cases need to be stackable with external connections including Patch Cables as shown (attachment 2, page 1). All shall meet the indicated criteria and will comply with all drawings. All offerors must submit bids for all or none of the bid items. All questions should be sent by email to Carl Wade, at carl.m.wade@usace.army.mil. The full solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website https://www.fbo.gov on or about 25-February-2011. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information.
