- Description
- The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), currently occupies 1,200 useable square feet of office space and related use space located at 417 N Elm Street, Red Cloud, NE 68970, under lease 57-6526-1-529 set to expire September 30, 2011. The NRCS plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for the Trail Blzer RC&D at this location at the same square footage of office space based on economic, mission, and other related factors. The NRCS will relocate only if considerations of economic and other related factors are supported including uplifting costs. All utilities, janitor service, snow removal, lawn care, maintenance services, tenant alterations & off-street parking are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. In addition, the space must meet the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard and will not be located in a flood plain. The lease term will be 10 years, 5 years firm with the Government having 120 days notice cancellation rights. NRCS will consider moving costs, alterations, etc. when deciding whether relocation or renewal best fit our needs.
