- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for replacement of a wastewater treatment plant at the Leech Lake Recreation Area located in Federal Dam, MN. Project work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, material, and equipment necessary for replacing the existing wastewater treatment plant with a complete 15,000 gallon per day, above-ground extended aeration package plant. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. The small business size standard is $33.5 million. The solicitation, including specifications and all other documents related to this procurement, will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov) on or around 15 March 2011. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated date for completing all work excluding site restoration and debris disposal is 30 April 2012. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for the solicitation and amendments.
