- This project constructs an 880m2 minimart/gas station. The new facility will be structural steel frame construction on a concrete slab foundation. This project also constructs a new eight-island gas station with underground fuel storage tanks, dispensers and canopy. The exterior finishes of this building will be in accordance with the published Installation Design Guidance. Supporting facilities include all required utilities, communications and alarms, power, pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, and landscaping. Interior construction will be appropriate for establishment, set up, and operation of a retail and fuel service facility.
