- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the contractor AWARDED Contract No. GS-08P-06-JF-C-3033. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE or TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has issued Modification PS31 to definitize change requests resulting from unforeseen conditions and increase of additional staffing for CM Services in support of the construction of infrastructure improvements support on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. The infrastructure improvements include sewer system rehabilitation and replacement, storm drainage and electrical system improvements within the boundaries of the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. This modification is valued at $308,481.00. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009.
