- Background and Questions The Government has been purchasing VME circut cards in support of COMET test stands for the F-16 for nearly 15 years. The Government would like to enter into a 5 year requirements contract for additional circuit cards. The manufacturer of the needed cards is GE. Please the attached document and respond if you feel that you can provide the circuit cards of another manufacturer without causing duplication of programming and delay in schedules.
