This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS NOTICE ISSUES SOLICITATION W91YTZ-11-R-0034 FIRST ADVISED IN PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THERE ARE THREE DOCUMENTS WHICH MAKE UP THE PACKAGE. THE SOLICITATION AND TWO SEPARATE TECHNICAL EXHIBITS: TECHNICAL EXHIBIT B AND TECHNICAL EXHIBIT H. THEY ARE TO BE INSERTED INTO THE DOCUMENT TO FORM THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION PACKAGE.
