- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for the purchase of an 8'6" V blade complete snow plow unit to include wiring and hook up to a 2005 Ford F350 Super Duty truck for use at Albeni Falls Dam, Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers, located at 2376 E Highway 2, Oldtown, Idaho.
