- Performance Work Statement Provisions and Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49 This is a 100% small business set-aside; the NAICS Code is 611519; the size standard is $7M. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered and in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement and Contract Terms and Conditions.
