- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-11-T-0049: This solicitation will be advertised as a total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111 (Solid Waste Collection). The small business size standard is $12.5 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced commercial performance based service contract to provide 40 yard dumpsters and haul away excavated miscellaneous trash during the bi-annual Prairie Creek Pump Station clean-out. During the duration of the job keep three(3) dumpsters at one time on site at the Prairie Creek Pump Station near Bona Dea Park, Russellville, Arkansas. Approximate total of fourteen(14) dumpsters will be required for an estimated total of 560 yards of excavated material. The proposed contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced contract with a base plus two option periods Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunities Website (FBO) on or about March 9, 2011. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S-11-T-0049. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi or www.fbo.gov to view other business opportunities.
