- Draft SOW for Soures Sought This is a Sources Sought announcement for a planned upcoming DOJ solicitation to acquire Janitorial Services for the U.S Department of Justice (DOJ) Main Justice Building located at 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20530. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this sources sought that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Responses to the sources sought will not be returned. The services covered in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work include janitorial services for all Main Justice Building Space including, but not limited to corridors, rest rooms, office spaces, entrance ways, sidewalks, exterior entrance platforms, vending rooms, lobbies, conference rooms, elevators, stairways, vestibules, garage areas, balconies, moats, parking areas, guard booths, Great Hall and courtyards. Please note: A Top Secret Facilities Clearance and at least 6 Top-Secret personnel (including 1 supervisor and 5 cleaners) are required. Responses to this sources sought shall include: • The company's qualifications and experience in providing services similar to those identified in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work within the past three (3) years. • A list of up to five (5) completed Government janitorial projects. Project information shall include the contract number, dollar value, period of performance, current status, highest security clearance level required, and current point of contact information including name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. • Evidence of a Top Secret Facility Clearance. • The company's plans for providing at least 6 Top Secret Cleared cleaners and one Top Secret cleared supervisor. •The company's small business size status, i.e. whether a small, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned, HUBZone, Veteran-Owned, and/or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Please specify all that apply. All responses shall be limited to no more than 10 pages and be submitted via email to bettie.bowles@justice.gov and be received no later than March 9, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. local time.
