- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Owego, New York. The anticipated order will be to install pinsavers per an approved ECP in retrofit of all MH-60R aircraft. LM MS2 is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60 aircraft.
