- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) desires to lease approximately 2,214 rentable s.f. (Yielding a minimum of 1,850 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office Area s.f.) of flex/office space and 14 parking spaces within the delineated area described below. The lease term will be for ten (10) years, two (2) years firm term with occupancy required by November 1, 2010. Delineated Area - space must be located within an area bounded by the following: North: Harmony Village/Mayo Lane/Locke Lane/Covered Bridge Road. South: I-71/SR-841/Green Springdale Road/Wolf Pen Branch Road/River Road/Captains Quarters Road East: SR-1694 West: Ohio River This is an inquiry for available properties and is not to be construed as an invitation for bids.
