Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain qualified vendors, capable of meeting the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) requirement to provide the relocation of the existing GE SMV DST-LXi camera in the Nuclear Medicine department at the New York Harbor Healthcare System “ Brooklyn Campus. This notice does not constitute a commitment from the Government. The work includes all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, licenses, permits and supervision necessary too: 1.Disassemble and relocate existing SMV camera to a new SMV Camera room within Nuclear Medicine department. 2.Calibrate, test and ensure the relocated SMV Camera is fully operational and compliant with Original Equipment Manufacturer Specifications. 3.Vendor must be a GE authorized service provider ensuring that calibration, testing and functionality meets and matches OEM specifications. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Only interested qualified vendors, should provide information (not to exceed one page) regarding their experience and capabilities. Responses are due no later than March 9, 2011, via email, fax or US Mail ONLY. Telephone replies shall NOT be accepted.
