- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W911W4-11-T-0082. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The associated NAICS code is 448110 and industry standard is $10M. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All quotes must clearly list the offerors name, address, POC with telephone number, and the solicitation number. The Government intends to award to only one company. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The following provisions and clauses (original, alternate or deviation) pertain to this requirement: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Clauses Incorporated By Reference, FAR 52.212-3 Alt I-Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items Alternate I, 52.212-4-Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5-Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, DFAR 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42 effective 16 July 2010. Delivery date is 15 MAR 2011 to Fort Belvoir, Va. Inspection and acceptance is FOB destination. Click the additional documentation link below for a description of the Contract Line Item Numbers. No direct discussion between the requirements office and a prospective offeror will be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Quotes shall be emailed to Mark Hampton at mark.hampton3@mi.army.mil This acquisition is solicited on a "Brand Name" basis. Offerors must scrutinize this solicitation and ensure their quotes and submissions comply with all requirements. It is not sufficient to merely state your quote complies with the solicitation requirements. You must clearly identify how your quote meets all of the solicitation requirements. Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC and phone number. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
