- AMENDMENT NO. 3 is issued to Solicitation Document No. RMH00110025 as follows: 1. SF 1449, Block 8 "Offer Due Date" is EXTENDED to 02-24-2011, Thursday, 4:30 PM Phoenix Local Time. 2. SF 1449, LINE ITEM NO. 0001, Extended Description, ONLY ITEM "1" is changed to read as follows: "1. a. MANDATORY PACKAGING: Only 150 Gallon C-Pak Totes will be accepted. b. ONE TIME DELIVERY of thirty four (34) C-Paks (5,100 total gallons of Round Up Pro Concentrate) under FOB Destination Shipping/Delivery to be made to BIA Post Irrigation Yard, 21051-3 E. Poston, Rd., Poston, AZ 85371. c. In compliance with FAR Clause 52.223-18, Contractor Policy to Ban Texting While Driving, the contractor should have an enforced "No Texting While Driving" company policy when perfoming services under this contract." 3. The Ending Delivery Date is changed to 03-31-2011, for delivery of all thirty four (34) totes. 4. All other items reamin as stated.
