- Description
- The HHS/FDA intends to award on a sole source basis, an order to Affymetrix, Inc. of Santa Clara, CA, for Affymetrix Gene Chips (arrays) (FDA Listeria monocytogenes ONa520744F array format"49-5241) for use on existing Affymetrix GeneChip 3000 System. This array design is a part of an ongoing research study involving Listeria monocytogenes and has been validated in over 1100 experiments using the Affymetrix platform over the last four years. Statutory Authority: 41 U.S.C. (C) (1); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or sources will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered. Estimated award date February 25, 2011.
