- ITA Information Technology Agency Enterprise End User Computing Device Support - RFI The Army Information Technology Agency (ITA), on behalf of the Intormation Management Center (IMCEN) Directorate, is conducting this Request for Invformation (RFI) to gather market research to determine sources with competencies to maximize resources while providing premium customer desktop, service desk, and video teleconferencing support through customer liaison and requirements analyses under the guidance and policies set forth by release management and information assurance, as stated in the attached RFI.
