- The U.S. Office of Personnel Management intends to award a sole source contract with SmartDraw for the SmartDraw VP Multiseat License. Negotiations will be conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). If no affirmative written response is received within 5 calendar days after publication of this synopsis that a comparable source is available, a contract will be issued for the requirement described above.
