- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to Real-Time Innovations (RTI), Inc., 385 Moffett Park Drive, Suite 115, Sunnyvale, CA 94089-1218 to purchase two (2) Additional Permanent User License to RTI data Distribution Service, Professional Edition; Linux, Part Number 740-10-00-00; two (2) Annual Maintenance for Additional User License to RTI Data Distribution Service, Part Number 740-30-00-00; two (2) RTI Support Access for an Additional Named Person, Part Number 740-35-00-00; one (1) Additional Platform for RTI Data Distribution Service; Windows, Part Number 741-10-00-20 and one (1) Annual Maintenance for an Additional Platform for RTI Data Distribution Service, Part Number 741-30-00-00. The requested licenses and maintenance will be used for DAP development, demonstration and testing. The exact configuration is needed to ensure compatibility with the SEWIP Block 2 and Aegis ACB-12 tactical systems in accordance with the Navy ™s Open Architecture (OA) and Product Line Architecture (PLA). This procurement will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures with an award that is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) in accordance with FAR Part 13. FOB Destination to Dahlgren, VA shall apply. The North American industry Classification System Code is 511210 with a size standard of 23 million. The closing date is 23 February 2011. The anticipated award date is 24 February 2011.
