- FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT:Robert Liang, RDER-PRA-AB, (443) 395-1237 This is a Market Survey to locate sources to supply and repair the Computer Test Set (CTS), TS-3920C/ASM and the AFCC Kits P/N: 09-1009-03, POD Adapter Kits P/N: 10-0210-01, C- to C Upgrade Kits P/N: 06-0301-50 when installed into the CTS. The current source of supply and for maintaining the CTS and kits is Ultrax Inc., of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Cage Code 07PR7. The Army does not own or have access to a complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance testing of the CTS and Kits. The Army does not have the technical drawing package; nor can it make it available to any other organization. Only the original manufacturer, Ultrax Inc., has the complete technical Data Package. The CTS and Kits when installed into the CTS shall be able to detect, and align faults in the Automated Flight Control System for the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. Vendor capable of supplying and maintaining these Kits must so indicate, by writing to Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: RDER-PRA-AB, Building 6007, 3rd floor Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply or maintain the CTS with the Kits installed or both.
