TAS::97 0501::TAS RECOVERYPROJECT#71653::RP# HOSPITAL REPLACEMENT,CAMP PENDLETON, CA, PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THERE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS(S) UNDER: N62470-09-D-9044, HDR ARCHITECTURE INC., 703-518-8697. Summary of Project Scope: Original architect-engineer task order was to provide a Design-Build Request for Proposal (RFP) document for a multi-story (approximately 511,000 gross SF) Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton (HRCP), California and a multi-level parking structure for approximately 1,500 cars, surface parking and associated development of access roads at the US Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Ca. This pre-solicitation notice is for in-scope modification that is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Modification is to provide additional post construction award services for the duration of the project.
