- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires a quantity of two sets of P-3 AN/APS-137 Radar Inverse Synthetic Aperture Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs). The Government intends to issue a sole source fixed price contract to Raytheon Company. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, this firm is considered the only supplier of the items required. The Government does not own drawings or specifications for the above listed items. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice.
