- PRE- SOLICITATION FOR DESIGN BUILD PROJECTS The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Design-Build Services for the Nuclear Medicine Cameras in rooms 1f132 and 1f1444 per the specifications and plans to be provided via electronically at www.fbo.gov on or around February 25, 2011. NAICS code is 238210 is applicable to this solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, design, materials, equipment, supplies, and travel necessary to perform this contract. This project includes (but is not limited to) design services, general construction, necessary removal of existing structures, electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and other items. The small business size standard is $33.5M. The construction cost range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 (d).
