- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing(BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for (60,000) sheets tag board Manila Grade A coarse size 24" x 36" grain to run in the long direction approx 300 lbs per m sheets ( 10% + or - variation in quantity) Tagboard must be put on single skids, stapped down and shrink wrapped in heavy plastic ( NO EXCEPTION). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will be issued. The request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-11-0063. Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to The Bureau of engraving 3201 Pennsy Drive Landover, Md. 20745. Requesting this paper to be skidded, banded, and shrink wrapped in sheets, not cartons. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (I.E. small business disadvantaged business or women owned business) If this item is available under GSA schedule please provide the schedule number
