- windtronics This requirement is for the purchase of two (2) WindTronics turbines, technical and engineering support for a test pilot at Fort Benning, GA. This product was selected because of its ability to be installed both horizontally and vertically to receive input wind. This will be a test of the product for future installation and Army applications. The data gathered from this test will be validated by the Energy Management office to determine the return on investment and economical viability.
