- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to make a sole-source award to Summit EnviroSolutions, Inc., Saint Paul, MN under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking the preparation of nomination packages designating GSA properties to the National Register of Historic Places. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 541690. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 12:00 PM EST, February 21, 2011. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
