- Synopsis: The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure a one-year subscription to select Web of Knowledge databases from Thomson Reuters on a sole source basis. Thomson Reuters is the only provider of commercial services able to meet the requirements of this procurement. These Databases include the Derwent Innovations Index, the Conference Proceedings Citation Index, and the Institutional Citation Report. Thomson Reuters is the only U.S. based source for the unique scientific and academic data subscription required. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106.. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
